Case 11-29A Doreen Day, Trustee/owner and Robert L. Day Co., Inc., applicant, 32 Grandview Avenue, appeal of Zoning Enforcement Officer’s denial on September 23, 2011 of a Zoning Compliance Permit dated May 15, 2011 for a single family dwelling in an R-20 zone.
Case 11-30 – Dominick and Beverly Cappello, 46 Connecticut Road, request for variances to allow partial reconstruction of existing shallow pitched rear roof, a small addition of 139 s.f. to enlarge bathroom and provide covered entry and an additional 141 s.f. for attic storage.
Case 11-31 – John Stankiewicz, 41 Connecticut Road, request for variances to allow construction of a 15’ x 16’ sunroom on existing deck.
Case 11-32 – Michele Johnson, 1 Hawks Nest Road, request for variances to allow the alteration of the roofline on an existing 42’ wide one-story structure.
Case 11-33 – Diane D. Mallory, 20 Lyme Street, request for variances to allow relocation of previously approved air conditioning condensers from north side of house to west side (rear).
